    Extremely bad service at this location in Ferview Mall. I went there on Fri night around 7pm on the 12th of January together with my wife to clame a screen protection cover that I am paying for 3 months now but never got due to no stock at the time of purchase and 2 more times after that at the same company. Even though I got 2 New phones + 2 covers+paying every month 20$ for the screen protection ( for which they didn't put that special cover on yet) still for the staf here i am not a valuable customer.

    I came here to get this issue done but not only I got no help but in addition I got offended by the staff on that shift especially from the young lady with the name Ani. She was very aggressive with my wife and I and used rude words against us ( the customer ). She went that far to tell ask me if I have any life outside. Faire eneaugh my wife and I left this place not wanting to deal with such of treatment ( even that we have played for something we still don't have ).

    COMPLAINT: since you don't have customer service reps to answer i will do it here. I purchased a pixel 2 last week. Battery died very quickly. I went to a nearby bestbuy (Lasalle) to replace it and they told me they didn't have any left but gave me the address of a store across the island of Montreal (Anjou) that currently had one in stock. So i drove 45min away to go pick it up. When i got there they told me they weren't able to make the swap and it had to be at the original store i purchased it at (Pointe Claire). So i went back there. When i arrived they told me they didn't have any and would have to wait. Told me they couldn't have shipped over from another store. So i went to the first store (Lasalle), and told them what the (anjou) and (pointe claire) store had told me. They assured me that both stores made a mistake. THey called (anjou) to tell them to let me do it and they finally agreed to swap it. When i went back to anjou they told me that they were doing me a favor by swapping it. A FAVOR????? Thank you deeply for pissing away 5 hours of my day and 30L of gas to drive around for a broken device you sold me... ON TOP OF THIS...I BOUGHT A PROTECTION PLAN. Best Buy... I am very worried for you that you feel you hold the power in your hands when in reality.. competition is far too large for you guys to sit this one out and expect customers to bend over backwards for you. I have spent thousands at your store and this was the first time i have left the store thoroughly upset. I am sorry to say i will never be back to purchase from you again.
