    The only downside was that we had forgotten our Best Buy credit card and we were told that we couldn't do a purchase even though we had a copy of our latest statement.

    I came into BestBuy very very upset and the General Manager Nick Karlis handled the situation very professionally and kept me as a satisfied customer even though it wasn’t him personally who caused the issue. Also thank you to Justin Elkabas for helping explain how things will work going forward. For everyone out there, we have all had a bad experience in some sort of way or another, when someone goes out of their way to fix the problem that is how you keep customers coming back. Thank you Nick!

    No service ,had to wait 15 min to find a sales staff looked all over the place to find them , then of the 2 items I wanted to purchase ,galaxy tab s2 & nest thermostat they didint have any in stock... Sorry best buy you lost another customer. A quick trip to Bureau en Gros and Home Depot saved the day since they had stock and I didn't have to search for the sales people. No wonder I like to shop on Amazon...

    Customer service is terrible. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone when calling the store, they never answer. Good deals on products but that's only because they are screwing you over with the protection plans because they don't actually fix your products they just refund you. So if you bought something when it was on sale, they refund you the sale price and then you have to wait until the item goes on sale again to buy it again. Overall terrible experience with best buy.

    Guys on the TV department were quite helpful. they were not pushy at all , and gave us plenty of time to make our choice.

    It's places like this that spell the doom of brick and mortar stores. I spoke to a person on the phone who assured me before making the trip there through heavy snow that if my defective product was still under warranty (which it was) I could return for an exchange or upgrade. This wasn't the case after speaking to inept and uninterested staff at various levels who were on duty and who explained to me that Best Buy's return policy for defective merchandise is 30 days! How do these guys retain customers and stay in business? Zero stars.
