  I really like Zara, it is one of my favorite stores. However, I miss the old cozy decor. Everything feels too generic now inside.

  Had to wait 20 minutes to check the stock availability on a Monday Morning (not even rush hour). Unfriendly staff. Disappointed.

  Rudest (or NO) customer service EVER! When you politely want to ask them a question, they make it look like you are interrupting them while the staff are just standing there gossiping amongst themselves. They never greet you when you enter the store nor ever say thank you after purchase. Wonder if they are purposely trained that way cause seems like everyone works there has same disgusting attitude. It's really too bad cause I do like to shop there but sometimes I hold back from making any purchases from there.

  Worst store and personnel ever - major attitude from a phone call to an email to a store visit. Customer service is sadly lacking and when you say something they basically say "Whatever" - they don't care about the customer - It must be nice to be so independant - well, they have lost my business. If I could give this store negative stars that's what they would get - they don't even deserve 1 star. You have a much nicer shopping experience at H&M right next door.
