  Apple at one point impressed me with their fantastic customer service and humanistic approach to addressing product issues. Now it is completely scripted and disconnected. My feeling after my genius appointment today can best described as dealing with an automated in person service and no matter how many times I dialed “0” I could not get an actual person, despite speaking with someone that I thought was a person.

  Made me wait over 2 hours for my phone. Staff very uncooperative . They repaired my screen and phone was defective but they refused to replace it without charging even though they charged to replace my screen over 150$. Also had to wait over 3 weeks for my battery replacement because of their defective phones (class action suit). Batter Was sent to Toronto by mistake and no one ever called me. Then they told me they were to busy and I would have to go back tomorrow day but I ended up waiting 3 hours so they could fix it. Meanwhile on the phone,customer service had told me it would take up to a max of 2 hours for the repair. So overall, very unprofessional and poor service. If it was a personal phone I would switch to Samsung or another competitor , but because it is cooperate , I have no choice, however I will share this experience with our company A large multinational .

  Every time I'm there, I get great service, never have to wait too long and the reps are usually very knowledgeable (and if they're not, they always hook me up with someone who is). Top notch store
