  Called from BC to order flowers for a friend in the hospital. I spoke english and got a poor reception. If you operate a business in Pointe Claire how can you not be able to service in both languages!!! Called another florist and happy with service.

  Worst experience ever. I don't know how this business ended on first page of Google, seriously. 5PM and they still didn't deliver to a work place! I'm so angry right now. What a ruined anniversary surprise! Avoid!!!

  Really bad service, and a lot of the flowers were already starting to fade. Don't ever make business with them, i can't believe they're still in business.

  not only did they call me to let me know my boyfriend is sending me flowers which ruined the surprise they told me they will be at my house and 45 minutes. I had plans and had to wait 2 hours for them to arrive.

  Wife called this afternoon, they told her they were here at 8:30 this morning and no one answered what is impossible, the wife is a stay at home mom. They told her they will be here at 6pm, and here we are, 7:30pm 3 days after, still waiting. Oh, and did I mention they barely speak French or English?

  Horrible experience at KL Flora Designs. Ordered and paid by phone to go pick up later and when I got to the store at the pick-up time, I was told that my bouquet wasn't ready and to come back at a later time. When I showed up the 2nd time to pick-up my order, it was still not ready and after 20 minutes of waiting and being told that it was almost ready, I went to speak with the owner (which was actually in the process of making my bouquet) and she told me that it would take another 10 minutes... of what I was seeing, it was way more then that). I was already late for the party, so I couldn't wait any longer and asked to be reimbursed. After shrugging her shoulders as if to say just to bad, she told me that she would do it the next day... what? She finally decided to reimburse me at the store after I complained... what a frustrating situation and waste of my time. Got to the party late with no flowers to show for!!! I do NOT recommend this flower shop.

  Father in law ordered 3 bouquet in vases for my wife and our daughters for Valentine day. They got here without vase and the bow on one wasn't even holding on. We called the next day and they said they would change them the day after. They never came but they called at 8:55pm when we were putting the girls in bed. Got so pissed I didn't answer knowing they were closing in 5 minutes.
