  Horrible customer service . The staff does not greet you when you enter the store, nor do they acknowledge you without repeatly trying to get their attention.

  In general, their jewelry is very bad quality considering how much you pay. My friends got me a necklace for my birthday and not too long after all the crystals were gone... My sisters bought me earrings for Christmas and they lost their shine withing the first month. I got a bracelet there and once again MOST of the crystals came off... It is absolutely ridiculous how we pay for this, yet I am scared to wear it in case the crystals come off.Also, I've gone back several times before they did something about this problem. I will not be buying from there anymore...I've given it too many chances and wasted too much money on this poor quality jewelry.

  Boutique sublime mais service froid, à la limite du méprisant. Mon mari m'a offert l'un de leur plus onéreux ensemble... je suis revenue pour une réparation... on m'a traitée avec une attitude hautaine et apparemment c'est courant. Je suis déçue et triste de mon expérience.

  I don't think Swarovski did well in “hiring” .Jan 15 afternoon.This is my second time here，I just want to have a look at the earning，I remember there are five workers in a small work area and they were chatting and One woman squints at me， when I say hello she didn't reply，at this time there are several french people came in and then she spoke bonjour to those people，it makes me feel very uncomfortable，I don't want go to this place anymore even Swarovski......
