  I don’t see why this office is open . Stay home , avoid the bad service and negative attitudes . Just do the application by mail, takes the same amount of time. We chose not to do it by mail, as we needed a passport renewal fast. Nowhere on the site did it say this office does not do rush passports . Went there stood in line , wasted 2 hours to be told we would receive it in the same amount of time , as we would get it by mail? Was told if wanted it rush, would have to go to St Laurent and wait another 2 hours there ? My question is then why would anyone come here and waste time waiting in line , when you could get it just as fast by mail? Print the simplified renewal application , and mail it in , versus coming here and wasting time. All passport offices should be consistent , and offer he same services . Very frustrating experience .

  Beware not to go there on a saturday if you are looking to get in amd out in less that 1.5hours or if you need the express/urgent passeport option as they do not offer it there. With this said, clerks were very polite, and quick. The waiting line (outside the office) was long but if you know how small the place is, it makes sense A security agent was going around the line to make sure everyone had all the necessary papers filled. Overall good service.

  Surprisingly quick service even on Saturday. The person who helped us was friendly with a sense of humor, which was refreshing. The security guards are also helpful and to-the-point with the answers when we had questions.

  Fast and polite service. Just there is a line up on weekends most of the time so better to go during the week during work hours if possible.

  Please note, they do not accept cash but Credit cards and Debit are accepted. Bilingual and friendly service. They also told me in 3 days I can call with the number on my bill and can get my new passport number to book my trip with. No need to wait till it arrives via certified mail in 10 business days.

  I went at 3:00 pm and it took 1 hour and I was out of there. Be sure to have all you information prepared before hand. Remember if it's been less then a year your passport is expired, you can still do the simplified.
