  We stayed there from Nov 20-Nov 24! The hotel looks brand new and the rooms are spanking clean! Service was superb and staff are very friendly and accommodating! I asked for a later checkout if possible because my baby was sleeping and felt bad to wake her up and the concierge was kind enough to push forward my check out time with no problems! They have excellent breakfast service that ends at 10am but you may ask for food passed the time and they will give it to you with a cheerful attitude! I even noticed they give food to some walk-ins happily! There is so much kindness in the staff that I haven’t seen anywhere else!

  Just a note: the inn is in a great location and just a walking distance to Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart and Fairview Pointe-Clair shopping mall! Will differently come again in the future!

  Under renovations, only 1 elevator working during the day due to renovations. Toilets constantly running. No feathers in duvet. Smoke fumes in some rooms. We were there with a group of hockey parents and one family found a bloody gauze in their sofa bed. That being said, staff were very griendly and pleasant.

  I was born in Montreal, moved to Ontario about 30 years ago, and every time I come back to visit, I always stay at the Comfort Inn on St. John's in Pointe Claire. I was very impressed as this was my first time back sine thier renovations had been completed. The staff are always friendly and courteous, the new look is very well done and modern, and the room we stayed in was quite comfortable. Like I said, have been coming back home and staying here at the Comfort Inn for years, and will continue to do so.

  Room was nice and clean. Nice modern design. Breakfast is decent. Staff was very friendly. The gym is not very well equipped. Has 1 treadmill, 1 sitting bike, and 1 regular bench with a weight rack. The main reason why I knocked two stars off is the WiFi is absolutely terrible. Based on speed tests I got max 3Mbps and average 1.5Mbps (most home WiFi is 25+Mbps) for a hotel close to the airport that people stay at for work (like myself) a fast internet speed is crucial.

  Very nice quiet and comfortable room, better than expected. Fridge and microwave. Breakfast typical but healthy options were available
