  Rude staff and very hard to find. Getting a fish shouldn't take more then 20 minutes. (15 minutes looking for someone) They knew what they were talking about. That's basically the redeeming part about the staff. The selection was great. All the fish looked gorgeous. It was pricier then most other places but I'd rather go to this one because of the big selection and they (the fish) looked well kept.

  I had the privilege of adopting a rescue puppy from this pet store in January 2018. I have nothing but great things to say about this store. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff in every department. I brought my dog to the store to meet our new puppy, she is a pitbull mix and everyone was very welcoming and friendly to her which we greatly appreciated. A special thanks to Jen, Erin and Holly for helping us through the adoption process and for answering all of our questions. If you are looking for a place to adopt an animal I highly recommend this pet store!

  Amazing pet store, I've never seen anything like this place before. It is HUGE for a pet store, the biggest I've been in. It's spacious with lots of food and supplies for a wide variety of pets. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Love the fidelity cards for food and feeder insects, I have one for each kind of pet I own. Animals are always healthy and bright looking, never witnessed a sick animal in their shop. Enclosures are nearly immaculate and probably cleaner than most people's homes. The love and passion of your employees really shows, and I adore the fact that you adopt out shelter animals. Simply an amazing store for pet owners, especially someone like me who owns multiple exotic species. Keep up the amazing work.
